We are very sorry for any inconvenience, but all sales are final as these are food products and cannot be accepted back after leaving our facility. Your satisfaction is very important to us though, so there are other ways we may can help you if you are dissatisfied in any way.

We generally ship Monday through Thursday each week excluding federal holidays. Orders are generally shipped 1-3 days after being received.

Yes, you may sun-dry your tea bags after use (please ensure they are completely dry) and display them as art after using them if you would like---they are very beautiful even after being used!
